Gents of the JTA,
The 2008 JTA Championship has been RESCHEDULED for Saturday, August 30th. Golf Course permitting, the event will take place at the Brookshire Inn & Golf Club.
Michigan State kicks off the football season that night against Cal (8:00 ABC). Perhaps we can make arrangements to watch the game somewhere. Let me know if that's something you're interested in and we'll see what we can do.
Tee times can be adjusted to our plans. We could play early in the day to allow everyone to go their separate ways for the game. Maybe we set the tee times for early afternoon and catch the game in EL. To boost everyone's football spirit, the above picture of JTA member Marc Wilson leading the Spartans out of the tunnel in 2002 has been posted.

We have another decision to make:
A. Play early in the day, everyone goes their own way to watch college football.
B. Play an afternoon round of golf, folks get together somewhere to watch the MSU/Cal game.
